If something isn’t quite right, that’s okay. Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and our simple online returns process and customer service team makes sending something back quick, straightforward, and understanding to you.

USA, Australia & New Zealand

FREE standard shipping on orders over $150.

USA prices are inclusive of tariffs and duties.

For orders under $150, standard shipping is $8.

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically arriving within 7 business days of dispatch.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Easy Returns

Changed your mind? The fit isn’t quite right? No problem.

You can return eligible items within 15 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Need more than 15 days? Our customer service team is understanding of circumstances that may prevent you from returning within your 15 day window. Feel free to contact us at hello@idascollection.com.au where we will happily hear you out.

Returning your items are simple:

1. 1. Start your return online
      Visit our Returns Portal here and enter your order details.
   2. Pack your item
      Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and has its original tags attached.
   3. Attach your return label
      Use the return shipping label provided through the portal.
   4. Send it back
      Once your return arrives with us, our team will process and initiate the credit process.

That’s it.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the funds in your account.

Exchanges

Prefer another size or style?

Select an exchange when completing your return and we’ll arrange your replacement once your return has been received and approved.

Purchased with Try Before You Buy?

If you ordered through Try with Mirra, please complete your return directly through the Mirra returns portal.
